The Quick-Neuron™ Motor - SeV Kit facilitates rapid and efficient differentiation of human iPS or ES cells into motor neurons in just 10 days. Our proprietary transcription factor-based stem cell differentiation method uses temperature sensitive Sendai virus to produce highly pure populations of neurons without a genetic footprint. Quick-Neuron™ Motor differentiated cell cultures display typical neurite outgrowth and express a variety of neuronal markers, such as TUBB3 (pan-neuronal) and HB9 (motor).
